Dr. Denise Rodriguez
Founder and CEO of Achieve Change Grow (ACG). Dr. Denise Rodriguez -Dr. Dee like her clients call her- has over 25 years of experience in the field of college counseling, counseling education, couples therapy, career orientation, mentoring STEM, health science, and business candidates, coaching Ph.D. candidates, physical training, and some awards through the years, such as:

Dr. Rodriguez is a psychotherapist licensed in the State of Florida. She is a mother, entrepreneur, researcher, motivator, mentor, and coach to hundreds of individuals from all walks of life. Dr. Dee is a college professor who sees clients dealing with stress, anxiety, PTSD, couples and relationships, behavior modification, anger management, among others.
Dr. Rodriguez earned her Ph.D. in psychology from Palermo University, Argentina in 2012, an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University Sarasota, FL. in 2004, and an MS in Teaching English as a Second Language from Florida International University. Dr. Rodriguez has three additional certifications. She has received the Level III Gottman Method Couples Therapy Certificate. Dr. Dee is also certified by the National Anger Management Association (NAMA), and by the National Certification of Strength and Fitness (NCSF) as a Certified Personal Trainer. Outside of therapy, Dr. Rodriguez enjoys training and exercising, including injury-free 5k running and yoga practice.
Through her bilingual and cross-cultural approaches, Dr. Rodriguez offers therapies that stem from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), positive psychology, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness including her ‘breathing’ and ‘yoga’ training, anger management, and exercise.
